Reviews by how long

Experiment #014LiveSocial proofMade-up brand: Duskwell

Stop sorting reviews by stars. Sort them by weeks.

The idea: Grouping buy-box reviews by how long the reviewer has taken it (1 week · 1 month · 3 months+) raises subscription take rate compared with a star summary, because it answers 'when will I notice anything?' with customers' own words.

What’s different

  1. Sorted by weeks, not stars

Tabs for 1 week, 1 month and 3 months+ answer the doubt behind most supplement hesitation: when will I notice anything?

  2. The longest group sells the subscription

'On my third bottle' is the best case for subscribing, said by someone who stayed.

  3. Customers carry the timeline

#003 shows what the brand says to expect; here every step is a verbatim review.

  4. Real reviews only

On a real brand the time taken comes from the reviewer; these Duskwell reviews are demo copy.

The test we’d run

Review tabs by time taken vs a star summary in the same spot. Measure subscription take rate and add-to-cart rate.
