The one-question buy box

Experiment #013LiveSubscription optionsMade-up brand: Duskwell

Your buy box asks zero questions.

The idea: Asking one question above the plans ('Tried magnesium before?') and preselecting the plan that fits the answer raises add-to-cart compared with a static plan list, and raises the share of 3-month plans among people who already take magnesium.

What’s different

  1. One question, then a recommendation

'Tried magnesium before?' turns three plans into one suggestion, the way a good salesperson would ask first.

  2. First time: start small, guarantee in view

New buyers get one bottle preselected with the 60-night guarantee right beside it.

  3. Already taking it: the routine plan

People who know magnesium get the 3-month plan moved to the top, priced per night.

  4. The answer never changes the price

Every plan stays visible and choosable without answering; only the default and the order change.

The test we’d run

Question + matching default vs the same plans with no question. Measure add-to-cart rate, and the 3-month share among 'I take it already' answers.
