Subscription receipt
"Free shipping" means nothing until it has a price.
The idea: Showing subscriber perks as a priced receipt ('You save $12.75 every order') raises subscription take rate compared with a perks list, because the value becomes concrete.
Only the outlined part is new. Everything grey is the same as A.
What’s different
Perks get a price
Discount −$6.80 and shipping $5.95 → Free, added up to $12.75 saved every order.
One-time shows the shipping fee
'+ $5.95 shipping' makes the trade-off honest and visible.
Built through the new-mechanic path
Subscription had no receipt version; Version H was built once.
The test we’d run
Receipt vs a ticked perks list. Measure subscription take rate.
Why it might work
Anchoring · Zero-price effect · Risk reversal
